PRICING

The fee for a complete home inspection will vary depending on the size, age and location. The average fee is between $250 and $350 and well worth it when one considers the total purchase price of the property. The inspection provides you with the most cost effective, beneficial service and protection of any part of the real estate transaction.

Radon Testing.....Average $125, when combined with the home inspection;  $150 when performed alone.

Septic Inspection.....Average $100, when combined with the home inspection;   $125 when performed alone.

How long will it take?  

Depending on the size, age and condition of the property an average inspection can take between 2 1/2  and 4 hours.
